We were accorded a warm reception by the manager Mr Joseph, was always smiling and ready to help. The hotel consists of a serene environment,accompanied by comfy rooms. The meals are tasty. We really had a great stay and we hope to go back for a much longer stay in future.

The culinary experience at the resort was a true delight, with delicious and thoughtfully prepared dishes that tantalized my taste buds at every meal. I also had the privilege of spending five days training and motivating the dedicated working staff at Tanga Beach Resort Hotel. It was a rewarding experience to work with such a dedicated team, and I was impressed by their eagerness to learn and improve. A five day stay as part of a visit to some schools in Tanga. Friendly, relaxed with nice rooms (it would be better if the air con was not above the bed. Breakfast and meals are good quality, plentiful and excellent value (meal and drinks for six was £50) My wife and daughter went to the excellent value spa- Facial and manicure was about £18.

Great location,beautiful surroundings atmoshere,great staff.Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever,lovely and great first impression of hotel.Everything about the hotel was exceptional.It was clean,stylish.Food was good and great.I always like the way water flow smoothly in the shower.Mr Ferouz Operation Manager welcomed me with big smile thats mae me feel at home.Will definetely be back for a longer visit in the future. The manager Joseph is a great guy with immediate response on inquiries. The rooms were great I enjoyed the hotel experience. The Friday was live with excellent music and the bar lounge had excellent choices of drinks and a relaxed ambiance for winding down the busy week. I recommend the place for people who wants to enjoy their accommodation in Tanga. A minor improvement can be done to taxi services for a hotel of this caliber reliable trustworthy taxi service is a must. The service is currently provided by some random transport services outside the hotel.

The absolute best! Went above the call of duty. The GM and the entire staff were outstanding. The location is great. The food is delicious. The grounds are beautiful. But the staff and the attention to detail is beyond impressive. Next time!

I recently stayed at the Tanga Beach Resort for a few nights, and I must say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I feel obliged to share my feedback with fellow travelers to provide an honest account of my stay. To begin with, the room I was assigned had a major issue with the air conditioning unit. The AC was located right above the headboard of the bed, and even when it was turned off, water would continuously drip onto the bed. Apart from being extremely annoying, this created an uncomfortable and unhygienic environment for my stay. Furthermore, my room displayed signs of neglect and poor maintenance. Rust stains were visible in various areas, including the shower, giving the impression that the room was dilapidated. This certainly did not create a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation, forcing me to shorten my stay by one night. I also encountered a lack of friendliness and helpfulness from some staff members when I sought assistance during my stay. This aspect added to my overall disappointment, as excellent customer service plays a vital role in shaping the guests' experience. What makes this situation even more unfortunate is the limited options for alternative accommodations in the Tanga area. It is disheartening to have limited choices for a better stay, especially when expectations are not met at a renowned establishment like the Tanga Beach Resort. To conclude, my experience at Tanga Beach Resort was far from satisfactory. The issues with the AC, rust stains, and less than friendly staff left a lasting negative impression. I hope management takes this feedback constructively and works towards addressing the shortcomings to offer a more enjoyable experience for future visitors. As a traveler, I would advise exploring other options and reading reviews thoroughly before considering Tanga Beach Resort for your stay in the area.
